Clifford

“What's the difference between Clifford and a pit bull? One will tear your heart out, scare your friends and wreck your house. The other one is a dog.”

Martin Daniels (Charles Grodin) is an engineer with a fiancée, Sarah (Mary Steenburgen), and a quiet life, until his brother leaves him to look after his young son. The boy, Clifford (Martin Short), has one fixation, a famed theme park that Martin helped build, and it turns out he is a first-rate brat. Paul Flaherty sets the two against each other, and Martin, who agreed to the favor so easily, slowly loses his grip.
