Clockers

“When there’s murder on the streets, everyone is a suspect.”

In the housing projects of New York City, Ronald "Strike" Dunham (Mekhi Phifer) sells drugs for Rodney Little (Delroy Lindo) and answers to him. When a fast-food night manager turns up shot four times, Strike's older brother Victor (Isaiah Washington) confesses, and Detective Rocco Klein (Harvey Keitel) refuses to believe him. Spike Lee sets the detective and the dealer on a collision course, and the film waits to see what each will do with the other.
