Closet Monster

Oscar Madly (Connor Jessup) is a teenager with a talent for making things, and he wants out of his hometown and the memories that came with a rough childhood. Stephen Dunn follows him through his last stretch at home, with his father Peter (Aaron Abrams) and mother Brin (Joanne Kelly) pulling in different directions. Oscar keeps his own body hidden from view, and the film lets the horror he feels show up there.
