“Everything has a price.”

Ryōsuke Yoshii (Masaki Suda) buys goods cheap and resells them for profit, brushing aside the people he shortchanges along the way. Their resentment piles up quietly until it turns on him, and an ordinary man finds himself fighting for his life. Kiyoshi Kurosawa lets Ryōsuke's partner, Akiko Fujita (Kotone Furukawa), stay close to him while he grows more wary of everyone else.
