“Power corrupts.”

Connor Reed (Robbie Amell), an ex-con with a power the city polices hard, ends up working beside Garrett Kelton (Stephen Amell), a drug lord he can't stand, to keep a teenager out of the hands of a corrupt cop. Jeff Chan sets the chase in a city where robots patrol the streets and anyone with abilities is watched. Sergeant King Kingston (Alex Mallari Jr.) is the cop, and he keeps coming.
