“Bronson and Mason play a high stakes game of cat and mouse . . . and only one man can walk away the winner”

Joe Martin (Charles Bronson) rents out boats at Beaulieu-sur-Mer, a quiet life with his wife Fabienne (Liv Ullmann) built on years of staying out of sight. His old company commander, Captain Ross (James Mason), now a wanted drug smuggler, finds him there and wants the use of those boats. Terence Young puts Joe's family in the hands of Ross's men, so his cooperation is the only thing keeping them safe.
