Collateral Beauty

“We are all connected”

In New York after a tragedy, Howard Inlet (Will Smith) has pulled back from his life and writes letters to Love, Time and Death. David Frankel follows him through those letters, and the answers that come back are not the ones he expected. Claire Wilson (Kate Winslet) and Whit Yardsham (Edward Norton) watch him from nearby, and the film holds that grief and meaning can sit in the same room.
