College Road Trip

“They can't get there fast enough.”

Melanie Porter (Raven-Symoné) is an overachieving high school student who wants to choose her college herself, so she plans a road trip to visit the campuses she's considering. Her father, Chief James Porter (Martin Lawrence), is a police chief who can't picture her making that trip alone, and he decides to come along. Roger Kumble sets the two of them in one car, where a daughter ready to leave runs up against a father who isn't ready to let her.
