Collision Course

“The only thing stopping these two cops from solving the crime of the century, is each other.”

A prototype turbocharger has vanished, and a Japanese carmaker wants it back before anyone else gets a look at the design. Investigator Fujitsuka Natsuo (Pat Morita) flies to Detroit, where he is paired with Detective Tony Costas (Jay Leno), a local cop who has no interest in the job or his new partner. Lewis Teague sets them on the thief's trail, Morita in his dark suit and Leno beside him, the two of them stuck together and arguing.
