Combat Shock

“Fighting, killing, maiming. Agent Orange and the torture cages were the easy part!”

Frankie Dunlan (Rick Giovinazzo) walks the streets of his run-down neighborhood fifteen years after coming home from Vietnam, with no job and a wife, Cathy (Veronica Stork), who needs more than he can give. Buddy Giovinazzo, directing his brother in the lead, keeps the camera close on the gray, litter-strewn blocks where Frankie spends his days. The war is over, but Frankie never left it, and each day in that neighborhood costs him a little more of his grip.
