Come Out and Play

“Come out, come out, wherever you are.”

Beth (Vinessa Shaw) is pregnant and wants one last holiday with her husband Francis (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) before the baby arrives, so they head for a remote island. They land to find the streets full of children and no adults anywhere, a fact Makinov lets the couple notice slowly, one empty doorway after another. Beth keeps looking for a grown-up to ask, and what she finds instead is a reason to fear for the child she is carrying.
