Comet

Dell (Justin Long) is a cynic who talks like he's already lost the argument, and he meets Kimberly (Emmy Rossum), who is quicker than he is, at a meteor shower in Los Angeles. Their love affair doesn't run in a straight line but jumps between a Paris hotel room, a phone call, and the night they met. Sam Esmail cuts through those moments like pieces of a puzzle, so the couple's story assembles itself out of order.
