“Dying is easy, Rock and Roll is hard.”

Joe (Dolph Lundgren), a drummer and former biker, wants a clean slate and a steady gig behind a pop singer named Venus (Melissa Molinaro). His job is to keep time at a rock concert in Moscow, but armed men take the Russian president, Petrov (Hristo Shopov), hostage. Lundgren directs himself from the drum riser, the sticks gripped in both fists, the stage lights burning over a crowd that cannot yet see what is happening.
