Julia (Carmen Maura) is a real estate agent who has spent years showing other people's apartments and wishing one were hers. She enters the flat of a man who has died upstairs and finds a huge sum of money hidden there. Álex de la Iglesia puts her in the apartment building, where every neighbor on the stairs and in the hallways has heard about it too, and no one is going to let her walk out.
