Concrete

A female high-school student (Miki Komori) vanishes from her ordinary life in Tokyo in November 1988, and for weeks her parents hear only her own voice on the phone telling them she is fine. Hiromu Nakamura's 2004 film follows the real case behind the name "Concrete Encased High School Murder Case." Her captors, led by Tatsuo Oosugi (Sousuke Takaoka), keep her alive for forty-one days, and she has no way out of the room.
