“The heart is a lonely hunter...”

Lau Ching-Hei (Tony Leung Chiu-wai) is a veteran Hong Kong detective who has spent years absorbing the hurt, the helplessness and the horror of the job. Andrew Lau and Alan Mak put two men on a killing inside one family, and the closer they get, the more it could cost them both.
