Conspirators of Pleasure

In a Prague apartment block, six neighbors keep their private rituals from one another. Mr. Peony (Petr Meissel) builds a chicken costume for the homicidal fantasies he plays out against Mrs. Loubalova (Gabriela Wilhelmová), who is busy in her own dominatrix outfit. Jan Švankmajer follows the mail carrier rolling bread into tiny balls to inhale, and Peony, who goes about his plans with the patience of a man assembling furniture.
