Conversations with My Gardener

A painter, tired of Paris and close to divorce, moves back into his childhood house in the country. The garden has gone to wilderness, so he hires a gardener who turns out to be a former schoolfriend, Léo (Jean-Pierre Darroussin). Jean Becker sets the two men talking while the painter (Daniel Auteuil) watches the overgrown ground that used to grow vegetables.
