Johnny (Vanilla Ice) is a motorcycle-riding rapper who rolls into a small town with his band and has no plans to stay. Then he sees Kathy (Kristin Minter), an honor student, and decides he wants to know her. David Kellogg makes her new family trouble, a father in hiding and two corrupt cops hunting him, the thing Johnny's swagger has to meet.
