Cop

“A killer on the loose. A cop on the edge.”

Lloyd Hopkins (James Woods) is a Los Angeles homicide detective who answers to no one, least of all the captain who tells him to let it go. He is certain a killer is working the Hollywood area, and he keeps pulling the thread after his own department orders him off. James B. Harris, adapting James Ellroy's novel Blood on the Moon, follows him as the case takes over every part of his life, and Hopkins can't stop.
