Cop Land

“No One Is Above The Law.”

Garrison, New Jersey is a small town across the river from New York, and nearly everyone who lives there is a city cop. Freddy Heflin (Sylvester Stallone), its sheriff, has spent his life admiring them, though they treat him as a local joke. James Mangold sets him against Ray Donlan (Harvey Keitel) and the neighbors Freddy once looked up to, and his badge puts everything he has held onto at risk.
