Cops vs. Thugs

Detective Kuno (Bunta Sugawara) wants a cut of the waterfront land that the Kawade gang has already locked up through its political friends. He hires himself out to the Ohara gang, which has its own eyes on the property, and sets out to hijack the deal. Kinji Fukasaku puts Kuno and Lt. Kaida (Tatsuo Umemiya) on opposite sides of the same city, two men on the same street with nothing left to say to each other.
