“The Race To Save A Life Begins Now”

Ray Thompson (Nick Nemeth) is a cop who does not wait for permission, and when a madman kidnaps a young boy and straps explosives to him, he ignores his captain and goes after the child alone. John Stockwell sets it over a single night, with the clock running the whole way. Lieutenant Julia Baker (Katharine Isabelle) is the one person on the force who might stand with him, though she has her own orders to follow.
