Shinnosuke Nohara (Akiko Yajima), his parents and baby sister Himawari board a cruise themed around the kids' superhero Action Mask. Then a gang of monkeys carries off every grown-up on board, and the children are left holding the boat. Keiichi Hara, who also wrote the script, makes it a story where the kids can rescue the people who usually tell them what to do.
