Shinnosuke Nohara (Akiko Yajima), a five-year-old who would rather chase girls and skip anything resembling work, is thrilled when his family wins a vacation to the Kingdom of Buri Buri. Mitsuru Hongo sends Shin-chan and his parents off on the trip, which turns out to be a trap set by an organization that wants the boy. Shin-chan only sees a holiday, and he meets it the way he meets everything, with his pants halfway down.
