Crazy on the Outside

“He survived three years of hard time. Now comes a little family time.”

Tommy (Tim Allen) walks out of prison after three years for a crime he took the fall for, and he comes home to a family that has kept right on going without him. His sister Viki (Sigourney Weaver) and his brother-in-law Ed (J.K. Simmons) are waiting, and so is a dangerous old friend, Gray (Ray Liotta). Tim Allen directs his first feature, and it keeps coming back to one plain question: how a man picks up a life that was put on hold.
