“Warning: Crazy People are coming.”

Emory Leeson (Dudley Moore), a bitter ad executive at the end of his rope, wants one thing: to write copy that tells the truth about the products he sells. Instead he lands in a mental institution, where Kathy Burgess (Daryl Hannah) and the other patients start helping with his work. Tony Bill sets the blunt new slogans against the hospital's bright rooms, and Emory's career, his sanity, and his chance at a quieter life are all riding on the same campaign.
