“From the Amazon's forbidden depths came the Creature from the Black Lagoon.”

A research expedition sails up the Amazon, where Dr. David Reed (Richard Carlson) and his fiancée Kay (Julie Adams) join a team hunting for a fish-man link in the river's black lagoon. Jack Arnold shot it in black and white and 3D, with the Gill-man (Ben Chapman) on land and the Gill-man (Ricou Browning) underwater. Dr. Mark Williams (Richard Denning) wants to capture it, but the Creature has fixed its attention on Kay.
