Creatures the World Forgot

“They don't make them like this anymore... not in a million years!”

Mak (Brian O'Shaughnessy) and his brother Toomak (Tony Bonner) are the sons of a tribal chief, living with their people in a dry, open wilderness at the start of the world. When a volcanic eruption kills their father, the brothers fight over who will lead the tribe and over Nala (Julie Ege), the young woman both want. Don Chaffey tells it almost without words, and what hangs on it is the tribe's survival as the hunger and the brothers' rivalry grow.
