Creepshow 2
“When the curtain goes up, the terror begins.”
In 1987, a boy waits on his latest issue of a horror comic, and its three stories play out as animated pages come to life. In one, a wooden Native American figure stands outside Ray Spruce (George Kennedy) and Martha Spruce (Dorothy Lamour)'s general store, while in another, a monstrous blob waits in a lake. Michael Gornick, who shot the first Creepshow as its cinematographer, directs from a George A. Romero script adapted from Stephen King stories.
