Inspector Eddie Chan (Jackie Chan), a special agent in Hong Kong, wants one thing from his job, to keep the wealthy magnate in his care alive. Then the businessman is taken in a daring ambush, and Eddie ends up working the case beside the seasoned Detective Hung Ting-Bong (Kent Cheng Jak-si). Kirk Wong sets the two side by side, a younger agent and an older cop, and the case keeps pulling them closer.
