“The mission is in the memories.”

Jerico Stewart (Kevin Costner) is a violent ex-convict with a damaged brain and almost no sense of right and wrong. A surgeon, Dr. Franks (Tommy Lee Jones), puts the memories of a dead CIA agent into his head, hoping they will carry on the dead man's hunt for a hacker called The Dutchman. Ariel Vromen follows Jerico as he starts to feel the agent's life as his own, including Jill Pope (Gal Gadot), the widow he has never met.
