“An ancient device. A modern discovery. A terrifying tale of the eternal.”

An elderly antiques dealer, Jesus Gris (Federico Luppi), finds a strange machine hidden inside a statue, a device built by an alchemist more than 400 years ago to give him eternal life. The more Gris uses it, the younger he gets, and Angel de la Guardia (Ron Perlman) is soon looking for it too. Guillermo del Toro keeps his first feature close on Gris and his granddaughter Aurora (Tamara Shanath), as the price of the device starts to show.
