“A story of being lost... and found.”

In 1979, Mike Milo (Clint Eastwood), a former rodeo star turned washed-up horse breeder, takes a job from his old boss Howard Polk (Dwight Yoakam). The task is to bring Polk's young son Rafo (Eduardo Minett) home from Mexico. Eastwood directs himself as a man long past his prime, and the trip becomes a plain argument about what a life of toughness was ever worth.
