Crying Freeman

“Once in a lifetime comes the perfect killer”

The film opens in Vancouver and Tokyo, in the nightclubs and gang territories where a Chinese secret society sends its most reliable killer. Yo Hinomura (Mark Dacascos) cries every time he kills, and when the painter Emu O'Hara (Julie Condra) sees him execute three Yakuza, the Japanese clans start a struggle over who will lead them. Christophe Gans builds the story around a man who has no say in what he does, and a woman who sees it anyway.
