“Sometimes the Body Has A Mind of Its Own.”

Clark Newman (J. Eddie Peck) and his girlfriend Lisa Snipes (Jill Schoelen) are driving through the desert when a radioactive snake bites him on the hand. The bite does not heal. His hand turns into a snake head, and it goes after anyone who gets close. Frederico Prosperi builds the film on one plain idea: a man who has to keep his own body away from the people he loves.
