“Damn the Exorcist! The Devil won't let go!”

Waldemar Daninsky (Paul Naschy) carries an old family curse: his ancestor Irineus once hunted witches, and the price has come down the line to him. Each time the curse takes hold, Waldemar turns into a bloodthirsty werewolf. Carlos Aured shot it in June 1973 on a tight schedule, and the grain and low light of the footage give it the feel of a film caught at the edge of the night.
