Cut Throat City

(2020)Directed by RZA123 minAction, Crime, Drama, Thriller
“Desperate times. Dangerous measures.”

New Orleans, after Hurricane Katrina, and the Lower Ninth Ward is a stretch of wrecked houses and no work. Blink (Shameik Moore) and three boyhood friends come home to it, then take a job from a local gangster: a casino robbery in the middle of the city. RZA makes a film about what a neighborhood owes the people it loses, and what they owe each other.
