Cutie Honey

“Super cute and super fun.”

Honey Kisaragi (Eriko Sato) wants one thing, to get her kidnapped uncle back from Panther Claw, the criminal gang that has been running crime sprees across Tokyo. She has her power of transformation to do it, plus a cold police officer, Natsuko Aki (Mikako Ichikawa), and a hotshot journalist, Seiji Hayami (Jun Murakami). Hideaki Anno stages it all as live-action manga, with the sets, costumes and poses pushed well past realism.
