Cyborg Cop

“Programmed to kill... He is unstoppable.”

Jack Ryan (David Bradley) is a former DEA agent who gets an emergency message from his brother Philip (Todd Jensen), whose team has been ambushed on the Caribbean island of St. Keith. Jack goes there to find him, and Sam Firstenberg puts him up against Kessel (John Rhys-Davies), the drug runner Philip was chasing. Jack came for one man, and the island has other plans for them both.
