Patricia (Eva Habermann) is a nurse in a 1960s doctor's office, and today is supposed to be her last shift. Then Dr. Guy (George Hardy) accidentally makes a cyst monster, and Tyler Russell has it loose among the waiting patients and the coworkers, Bill (Greg Sestero) among them. Patricia only wanted to clock out and leave, and now she's the one standing between the creature and everyone else in the building.
