Da Sweet Blood of Jesus

Dr. Hess Green (Stephen Tyrone Williams), a wealthy anthropologist, is stabbed with an ancient African artifact and wakes with a thirst for blood he can't explain. Spike Lee, remaking the 1973 film Ganja & Hess, follows the hunger into a romance with Ganja Hightower (Zaraah Abrahams), where love, sex and addiction become hard to tell apart. Hess keeps feeding, and each new need costs him a little more of the man he was.
