Daddy Longlegs

“Go Get Some Rosemary.”

For fifty weeks a year, Lenny (Ronald Bronstein) lives alone, and nothing in his midtown studio apartment suggests he has ever shared it. Then he collects his sons, Sage (Sage Ranaldo) and Frey (Frey Ranaldo), from school for their two weeks together, and has to decide whether he is their father or just a friend. Josh and Benny Safdie shoot it with a handheld, documentary roughness that stays close to the boys.
