Daisies

“Ups-a daisy… downs-a-daisy… turned-ons-a-daisy.”

Two teenage girls, both named Marie (Jitka Cerhová and Ivana Karbanová), decide the world is spoiled and that they may as well be spoiled with it. They set out to eat, wreck and swindle their way through Prague, dining at the expense of elderly gentlemen and cutting up whatever is within reach. Věra Chytilová sticks the two of them together as a single mischief, one never quite acting without the other.
