A wagon train of pioneers crosses the desert until someone spots a single daisy growing in the dust, and they decide to stop and build a town on that spot. Houses go up fast, then a bank, a saloon and a prison, and the troublemakers arrive close behind. René Goscinny and Morris, the creators of the comic, bring in Lucky Luke (voiced by Marcel Bozzuffi) as the lawman, with his horse Jolly Jumper (Jean Berger) beside him.
