Dalida
Cairo, 1950s: Iolanda Gigliotti, a young woman from the city's Italian community, is on her way to becoming Dalida (Sveva Alviti), a singer who will record in French, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, German and Italian. Lisa Azuelos follows her from Egypt to Paris and through more than 130 million records sold. The film keeps coming back to her brother Orlando (Riccardo Scamarcio), who works beside her while the fame grows.
