Damini

Damini Gupta (Meenakshi Sheshadri) marries into a wealthy, respected family, and her new home is large and orderly. Then she sees her brother-in-law commit a cruel act against the housemaid, and her husband Shekhar (Rishi Kapoor) and the rest of the family close ranks against her. Rajkumar Santoshi follows Damini out of that house and to a drunken ex-advocate, Govind (Sunny Deol), whose only hope is her.
