Damsel

“Not all damsels need saving.”

In Oregon around 1870, the pioneer Samuel Alabaster (Robert Pattinson) sets out through rough, unsettled country to marry Penelope (Mia Wasikowska). He brings along Henry (David Zellner), a grieving man who hopes preaching will carry him past his history, to officiate the wedding. David and Nathan Zellner send them toward a bride Samuel treats as a prize to be reached, and he walks every mile of it certain of his devotion.
