Dance of the Forty One
Forty-one men are taken from a private house in Mexico City in November 1901, and the one person present who does not belong on that list is the son-in-law of President Porfirio Díaz. Ignacio de la Torre (Alfonso Herrera) is a married man in the president's own family. David Pablos follows him toward that night, and toward Evaristo Rivas (Emiliano Zurita), the man he keeps meeting in secret, a closeness the household's rules leave no room for.
