Dangerous

Don Bellows (Franchot Tone) finds Joyce Heath (Bette Davis), once the toast of Broadway, penniless and drunk, and drives her out to his Connecticut home to dry out. He asks his fiancée Gail (Margaret Lindsay) to let him go, and he offers to put his own money behind Joyce in a new play. Alfred E. Green directs Davis as a woman who believes she has already lost everything.
